What is my Contact Information used for?
We only use your contact information to contact you if your project is selected as a winner of one of our competitions.
I don’t know which category to select?
Pick the category you think best fits your project. We review every submission and if we think your project would fit better in a different category, we will move it with no penalty to you or your chances of winning.
If I select the wrong category, will my project be disqualified?
We will not disqualify your submission. We will simply move the project into the category we think best fits the project with no penalty to you or your chances of winning.
My project fits under multiple categories. Do I have to pick only one?
No. Just pick one category to enter and if your entry fits in other categories, we will show you a list of options at a later point in the submission process.
What’s the difference between a single and a series category?
A single category is for one photograph, illustration, advertisement or single-piece design project. A series category is for multiple executions that are part of a larger campaign, program or project.
Why can I only select one media format for my entry?
We only accept one media type for each entry. Please select the one you think will best depict your work for our judges.
Why can I only select one delivery method for my entry?
The judges will only see one version of each entry. If you decide to upload your project, please don’t also mail a physical piece to us as well.
Do I only select one media type?
You can select as many media types as are necessary to submit your program/campaign.
My entry doesn’t use all these media types. Can I still submit it in this category?
Yes, you can still submit it, just select the media types that are used in your program/campaign.
Your submission system is not letting me upload all the projects in my library for this entry. Why not?
Each category has a maximum number of pieces allowed for submission. Please check the artwork limit under “Artwork for this Entry”.
Why can’t I drag work from my desktop into my library?
During the submission process for a specific entry, you can only upload files for the media type you selected. If you would like to upload other media types, you must finish this entry submission.
Why can’t I include my entire description?
The description has a character limit of 100 including spaces and punctuation.
I want to include additional credits for my project. Why can I only include a few?
We only require limited credits for reference during the competition. If your project is selected as a winner, we will ask for a complete list of credits at that time.
Why do I need to review my entry before submitting it?
This step allows you to make changes to your submission before saving it.
What am I supposed to do on this page?
If your entry fits in other categories, we will show you a list of options. You can either select one or more additional categories into which you can submit this exact entry and click the “Duplicate” button, or don’t select additional categories and click the “Next” button to go to the next step.
Where did the entry I just submitted go? Has it been submitted?
It has been submitted with all the information you just entered. This page allows you to submit the same entry in other categories if you wish.
Why can’t I enter this project into any category?
Each category has restrictions as to what can be submitted. Based on the information you just entered, these are the only categories that qualify. If you would like to enter a different category, select the “Go To Entry Summary” button and you will be able to enter another category.
What if I don’t want to enter this submission in any of these other categories?
You don’t have to select any additional categories. Simply click the “Go To Entry Summary” button to skip this step.
Why do I have to review my entries before paying for them?
This is your last chance to edit/delete/add entries, change the delivery method or the requested credits in an Entry Set before selecting method of payment. Once a payment method is selected the Entry Set is complete and it can not be edited. If you wish to submit additional entries into the same competition, you will need to create a new Entry Set.
What am I supposed to do on this page?
From this page you can download PDF reports summarizing what you entered. If you chose to pay by check, you will have an invoice available for printing. If you chose to deliver entries via mail/courier, you will also have entry forms in PDF format that you will need to print, trim and attach to your entries.
Why do I want to view my entry sets?
Here you can see your complete entry submission history so you can see which entries you submitted in other competitions.
